For as long as I can remember, I spent my holidays in beautiful houses, watching a design evolve as I accompanied my mother on renovation, refurbishment, consulting and design projects. My experience in property management continued to grow through my 20s working in various management roles as well as for my brother’s property development and private letting company - I have worked alongside him for six years, managing and letting his properties in Falmouth and Penryn. As such I am au fait with the legal requirements for residential letting, holiday-letting as well as in management of renovations etc. I have made many strong local connections to tradesmen, contractors, architects, engineers; all the people needed to bring an idea to life.
